Complaint Handling Procedures

Clients who wish to file a complaint with Assurance et Produits Financiers Vani inc should forward their complaint to our President, M. Flavio Vani. All complaints are taken very seriously and analyzed thoroughly. We strongly suggest filing your complaint in writing, by sending us a letter or an email, as soon as possible. The complaint should include the subject-matter of the complaint explaining the situation and consequences thereof, the mortgage broker (s) involved and their individual contact information. Nonetheless, if you have any difficulty putting it in writing, we remain available to you via telephone, do not hesitate to contact us at 514-428-8730. For reasons of confidentiality, we communicate directly with the client concerned or with the person expressly authorized, in writing, by the client.
